Directions
San Juan Island is nestled in Puget Sound, off the Northwest corner of
Washington State, halfway between Seattle and Vancouver, B.C. Canada.

There are several ways to get to San Juan Island.
  • Anacortes car ferry - Click here for a ferry schedule! (206) 464-6400
    Take Interstate 5 from Seattle or Vancouver, B.C. to Anacortes (exit 230.) Driving time is approximately 90 minutes. Follow signs to "Anacortes Ferry." Plan to arrive in Anacortes one hour before sailing time (two hours June - Sept.) If you are leaving your car in Anacortes, 20 minutes before sailing is early enough.
  • Take the Victoria Clipper passenger ferry from Seattle - (800) 888-2535.
  • Fly from nearby cities on:

    Enjoy a scenic flight on a Kenmore Air Seaplane from Lake Union, or Seattle (800) 543-9595

The Anacortes ferry docks on San Juan Island at Friday Harbor, the only
town on the island. Olympic Lights is 5.5 miles to the south.

You will exit the ferry on to Spring Street. Stay on Spring St. as you're leaving town.
You'll come to a 4-way stop. Go straight for one more block and turn left onto Mullis Road.
Mullis Road will become Cattle Point Road.

About 1/2 a mile after you pass False Bay Road,
you will see our sign on the right.
Turn right onto Old Farm Road.

Just ahead the road divides. - Stay left.
You will be on Starlight Way.
(1/8 mile straight to our gate.)

The fence keeps deer from eating our flowers.

If you see the sign for the entrance to American Camp,
a National Park, you have passed Old Farm Road and our sign, by 1/4 mile.
